September 5: New pricing revealed for MY23

Maserati has again put pricing up for its Ghibli and Levante models for the coming year, just two months after we reported on the last hikes.

Headlining the changes is the loss of the Modena S package from the model lineups, and a more powerful V6 engine offering 320kW replacing the 257kW in the Ghibli and Levante Modena grades.

Both the Ghibli and Levante GTs continue to get the 246kW 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder, while the Trofeos also keep their 3.8-litre twin-turbocharged V8.

The carmaker says it has "simplified" its range, while also consolidating the number of exterior paints, wheels and trim options across the Levante, Ghibli and Quattroporte models.

In addition, some previously optional equipment is now standard, including; wireless phone charging and remote start on the Ghibli and Quattroporte, and a 15-speaker Bowers and Wilkins surround sound system on all Trofeo variants of Ghibli, Levante and Quattroporte.
