Darwin, the gateway to the Kakadu National Park, has plenty of ideal four-wheel drive destinations within a few hundred clicks.
From the famous Litchfield NP to the massive and iconic Kakadu NP, the challenges are immense but the rewards are intensely satisfying.
Put a 4WD adventure in the NT on the bucket list, and here are a few destinations within cooee of Darwin to get you started.
