Video: Scotty reviews the 2023 Ford Ranger Raptor!

The 2023 Ford Ranger Raptor has been dominating the airwaves since its official launch just a few weeks ago, so naturally we had to get a slice of the action.

The original plan was for Scotty to spend a week getting well acquainted with the new Raptor while travelling all over Victoria for Drag Challenge 2022, but with the event’s unfortunate postponement, he had to make do with the daily commute to find out what the Raptor was made of.

Unsurprisingly, the 292kW twin-turbo petrol V6 was a big favourite. Everyone suspected it’d make the new Raptor significantly quicker, and Zane Heath from Maxx Performance proved the theory true when he ran a 13.5 down the quarter in his own virtually unmodified Raptor.
